Shipping Rates

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order ships, please allow 5–8 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Where We Ship

  • We currently ship only within the United States (all 50 states).
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers — please provide a physical street address at checkout when possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package's progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Swwheelz is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to our support team and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
