We want you to love what you ordered. Here's how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Swwheelz.

Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Items returned outside this window, or that show signs of wear, will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged or defective:
- Intimates, bras, and underwear
- Swimwear (if hygiene liner has been removed)
- Earrings and pierced jewelry
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items, as marked at checkout
How to Start a Return
- Email support@swwheelz.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions.
- Pack the item securely with tags attached and drop it off at the specified carrier location.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges (if any were paid at checkout) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way to guarantee availability is to place a new order for the item you want, and return your original item separately for a refund following the process above.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
